After years of blessing our radio and TV screens with her bubbly personality and love for talking, Prim decided to relocate to Blouberg with her husband and son.
That’s where her culinary journey began. Her now famous restaurant; The Indian Chapter all started as a bet with her husband. They discovered that the local Indian was closing down, so her husband bet Prim that she couldn’t run a restaurant. The next day she put down her offer and signed off on The Indian Chapter. Now a booming business that is busy every open day, the restaurant is Prim’s newest passion.
With her love of food and family values, she treats all her guests as she would want to be treated. She wants them to feel as though they are having the same experience as if they were eating their family food.
Her food is traditional, warming and encompassing of North Indian delicacies. Her spicy personality is brought forward during her live demo dinners as she brings her traditional Indian food to the SALT dining room table.
